会上，党委书记胡俊祥为开班仪式致词。他强调，实施“青年马克思主义者培养工程”是提高大学生骨干、团干部、青年知识分子等青年群体的思想政治素质、政策理论水平、创新能力、实践能力和组织协调能力的必要方式，在广大青年中培养造就一大批接班人，具有重大而深远的意义。同时，他也对全体学生干部提出了希望与要求，希望同学们在本次“青马工程”培训进一步坚定中国特色社会主义道路的信念，不断成长为中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人。随后，全体参会人员观看《跟着总书记学党史——鉴往知来》视频，了解共产党战士走过的光荣岁月，从历史的痕迹中感受中华民族不屈不挠的革命精神，汲取前进的智慧力量。

Afterwards, all participants watched the video "Follow the General Secretary to learn from the history" to have an understanding of the glorious years of the communist fighters, feel the indomitable revolutionary spirit of the Chinese nation and absorb the wisdom of advancement.

The College of Foreign Languages will take the " Young Marxists Training Project " as a new starting point to further guide young people to learn and implementXi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and call on young students to be loyal believers and firm practitioners of Marxism with contribution to places where youth are in great need.（Trams.
